Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.

Cape Coral is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Cape Coral is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Florida's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

The most knowledgeable and professional shop in the area. Thank you Chris for being patient with the COVID delays.

This is the honest mechanic you think doesn't exist. I sent in my wife's Volvo C30 for timing belt service as well as a lower control arm and CV axle replacement. Pricing was reasonable, and Chris was very patient in explaining everything. I had previously used them to weld collectors onto exhaust for another build, which was also done quickly and for a very fair price. You can see from the assortment of custom vehicles around the shop that they can handle pretty much anything. I definitely recommend! Thanks!

Chris is a wonderful guy, super cool and funny. I brought my Mercedes to him due to the high ratings on google. He was able fix my car and find the problem to get it to crank up. The mechanic before him couldn’t seem to find the problem. My car drives perfect and I was able to make it back home (2 hours away). Highly recommend this mechanic and Thanks Chris 🙏🏽

Chris and the guys at this shop are honest hard working guys. Very easy to work with and willing to help in any way they can. Great on pricing and do the job right the first time. So this shop is a great performance shop to help give you peace of mind for your vehicle! I would strongly recommend this place to anybody needing an engine builder or any kind of work.

I Brought in a new set of lower control arms for my 350z that I needed to have Whiteline bushings pressed in. I came in late after work and they had the arms ready the next day perfectly pressed in. The car feels much more responsive now. Will definitely do more business in the future.
